For years, I thought the struggle was “out there”. Life was demanding, success required constant effort, and I needed to do more.
I kept pushing, striving, trying to prove my worth. But in a moment of clarity (read: “I can’t believe I’ve been doing this for so long!”), everything shifted.
This is what I suddenly realised:
-> The real fight wasn’t external—it was inside me.
I had believed that my value depended on what I achieved. This belief then fueled the fear that I wasn’t enough. Which then drove the need to seek approval to feel complete.
I finally saw the chain of false identity:
Limiting belief -> limiting thoughts -> limiting emotions (fears) -> self-sabotaging behaviour

The root cause of my problems was the false concept of myself = I am not valued or worthy unless I achieve.
That moment of understanding changed everything. Instead of battling harder, I simply changed my self-concept.
I let go of the old concept and now saw myself as valued and worthy without the need to prove anything.
-> And in that release, life stopped feeling like a fight. Instantly.
