I used to think the answer to feeling stuck was better habits, stricter discipline, or a sharper mindset (read: ‘doing more’, getting up at 5am, working to midnight).

But that false paradigm isn’t a toxic mindset, it’s just a sign that your beliefs aren’t working for you. Your framework is out of alignment.
The real shift happens when you reframe your context by changing your beliefs about yourself:
-> From ‘It doesn’t matter what I do’ to a sense of purpose, so your actions feel meaningful, not forced.
-> From ‘I don’t have the smarts’ to self-trust, so you can move forward with confidence.
-> From ‘I’m not good enough’ to self-approval and self-worth, so you start to value who you are without the need to get it from others.
When you make this paradigm shift, you shift the context through which you view your life. When this happens, clarity and calm start to replace the spiral of overwhelm and doubt.
This is not about adding another productivity hack, it’s about seeing yourself and your life differently so you feel differently.
When you feel differently about yourself, you attract the abundance that is aligned with that new frequency.
